6 TIPS TOWARDS ACHIEVING YOUR GOAL IN 2019

Making a change in your life does not start based on some man made calculation to keep track of the planet’s movement. It starts every day, every moment.
With the start of the new year most people create resolutions and goals they would like to follow and achieve.
But since a start of a new year is a great push, here are 6 tips to follow in order to achieve your happiness.

1    Seek God
Obviously, God is the engine room of all happiness. He is the highest point of all happy lives, and the only network in which happiness reaches everyone. For example, before you get electricity anywhere, there must be a connection somewhere. In the same vein, before reaching anybody - your friends or relative - through phone, you must be connected to a network provider. That is how God is, in the journey of happiness. The happy moments comes from God. On a daily basis, we jubilate, celebrate a party and organize events here and there.

2   Follow your heart unconditionally.

There is intelligence within your heart that you cannot even consciously comprehend. You know, deep in your heart what you really want. So listen more to this honest perspective of yourself. Let it guide you. It knows you from your depths and it knows what it’s best for you even if you don’t consciously know. Trust your heart more, without questioning it, and follow it daily.
3   Do more of what brings happiness into your  life  rather than what makes you               happy.

You have certain ideas about what you need to be happy. And these ideas might be pretty big. These ideas and goals are important for you and it’s ok to try to reach them, but don’t let them fool you that it’s what you need to be happy. There are countless things around you that make you happy, countless experiences you can do for free, so don’t forget to do at least one of them every day.

4    Make Wise Associates
As some youths get older, the influence of parents wanes, and a desire to be independent, popular and accepted by peers grow stronger. Others simply feel a need to talk with someone who 'understands' or who will make them feel loved or needed. When such communication is lacking at home – as is often the case – they seek it among their associates. Oftentimes, lack of self-confidence and feelings of insecurity causes some to be vulnerable to their friends' influence.

To have a wise associate is not necessarily bad. A proverb says: “by iron, iron itself is sharpened. So one wise man sharpens the face of another.”

5   Dealing With The Feeling Of Resentment
According to a psychotherapist, Mark Sichel, resentment, refers to the mental process of replaying a feeling, and the events leading up to it that goads or angers us. We don't replay a cool litany of facts in resentment; we re-experience and relive them in ways that affect us emotionally, physiologically, and spiritually in every destructive way. The inability to overcome resentment probably constitutes the single most devastating impediment to repairing a disintegrating intimate connection, family rift, or severed friendship.

6    Make Love Real
Bertrand Russell (1872-1970) once said: “of all forms of caution, caution in love is perhaps the most fatal to true happiness.” LOVE – to starry-eyed romantics - is a feeling of sheer ecstasy. Love, they believe, is strictly an affair of the heart, something that cannot be understood, just experienced. Love conquers all and brings everlasting happiness. And no doubt about it, falling in love can be a unique experience.
Be smart and wise enough to follow these tips undoubtedly and your happiness is assured this year 2019.
