I have always been passionate about helping people live their best lives, a passion that was sparked during my training to become a priest. After seven years of training, I transitioned into empowering individuals and organizations to grow, thrive, and stay safe. My expertise in Life Coaching, Corporate Training, and occupational safety enables me to unlock potential, design impactful training programs, and implement safety strategies that foster growth and protect workplaces.

With a background in Philosophy and psychology, I specialize in teaching positive psychology to help individuals build resilience and develop meaningful success strategies. In my roles as a Life Coach, Corporate Trainer, Occupational Safety Professional, Keynote Speaker, and Author of 7 books, I have supported countless individuals and organizations in strengthening leadership, enhancing workplace culture, and promoting personal growth.

Engagement in community initiatives through the Stephwise Happiness Foundation, Toastmasters International, and Rotary International is integral to my mission of inspiring and uplifting others. My key skills and competencies include life coaching and personal development, corporate training and leadership development, occupational safety and workplace well-being, positive psychology and resilience building, public speaking and communication, Mental Health Advocacy, and conflict resolution and mediation.
